How to go about :

2) Browse through their store and chose anything worth Rs.255 or more.
3) Use the code and get Rs.250 off, and hence pay only Rs.5 or more whatever applicable.

i called up ma cc company and asked them da same .qustn … the executive tld me dat the transctn is in pending & merchant(tradus.in) has not put a claim on dat money …so wait for 3-4 working days and suppose tradus doesnt claim dat money dat means transtn would be autmatically cancld & if still dey go ahead and take dat money dont deliver the product dat time bank has a “dispute department” ….so u need to callup yaa bank or cc company and ask for dispute departmnet wherein u can dispute dat trnstn & claim yaa money….cheers

I bought some flowers to gift to my wife. The ibibo site sucks big time. I got a mail saying that the transactionwas successful, but the vendor doesnt know. Ibibo’s confirmation mail says it will ship flowers to my address (office), not to my wife’s address (residential). What morons designed this site!!!
Their customer service number 0124-6749017 doesnt work. It rings rigns and rings. none answers.
I mailed them. No reply so far.
Stay away from this site if possible.
