I got cheated, dare to do your purchase. i purchased a battery online, i was promised for a delivery in 10 days. for 9 days, product summary never changes from “Ready for shipping”, i couldn’t get a response from [email protected] which was given as the only email contact. Their customer service sucks to the core, no body knows anything. totally detached. Sent a mail to some guy over videocon [[email protected]], no response for two days. after 9days, got informed that my order was canceled due to lack of stock [without my permission] [i called them and its not that they called me]. but still i have options for purchasing the same product online. my overall experience is bad to the core….. my kind advice dare to do your purchase…..
